Thronehold is a compact castle strategy game where you manage a tiny kingdom on a single screen, assigning peasants to farms, mines and walls while training a few knights to repel waves of raiders, keeping factions abstract rather than realistic. On desktop you click buildings to upgrade them, drag workers into job slots, click units to move them along set paths and use buttons for speed controls and pause. On mobile you tap structures to open panels, tap plus and minus icons to shift workers between jobs, drag simple banners to reposition troops and tap large icons to start waves or trigger powers like temporary shields. Your aim is to keep food, gold and defense in balance so your throne stays safe through each assault. Good strategy is to secure a steady food income first, upgrade basic walls before investing in expensive towers, keep at least one melee squad near the gate and save powerful spells for late wave pushes instead of spending them on the first few enemies. If clicks or taps stop doing anything after an advert, tap or click inside the game area so the browser sends input back, if scrolling banners, fires and crowds stutter on mid range hardware lower graphics quality, disable extra particles and close other tabs, if small UI buttons feel cramped on a phone reset zoom to 100 percent, go full screen and use any large UI option, and if your campaign stages, tech tree or difficulty unlocks vanish on your next visit, check that cookies and local storage are enabled so Thronehold can remember your dynasty.
