Blockpuzzlemagic takes the classic “place shapes, clear lines” idea and adds a spellbook twist: you’re still managing space, but you also get occasional magic tools that can rescue a board that would otherwise be dead. The challenge is staying disciplined — spells feel powerful, but the best runs use them as emergency surgery, not as a habit. Controls Desktop: Drag pieces from the tray into the grid with the mouse. Use on-screen buttons for undo, hints, and spells. Mobile: Tap a piece, slide it into place, and use the large bottom icons for undo, hint, and magic. Real strategy that keeps boards alive Place ugly pieces early: Big awkward shapes belong while the center is open. If you “save” them, they become impossible later. Protect one flexible pocket: Keep one clean area that can accept multiple shapes. When that pocket disappears, the game turns into praying for perfect pieces. Spell discipline: Only cast when a single blocked cell is preventing a big clear, or when you can convert a cluttered board into a flat board. If a spell only saves one move, it was probably wasted. Common mistake Players chase small clears. High scores come from building a board that is one move away from clearing two lines at once.
