Description

Heroic Barrage is a top down bullet heaven shooter where your hero auto-fires waves of projectiles at monsters while you weave through incoming attacks, focusing on upgrade choices and movement patterns rather than precise aiming. On desktop you move with WASD or arrow keys, use the mouse mainly for menus, tap keys to trigger ultimate skills or temporary shields and hit a key to pause and review your build between waves. On mobile you drag a thumb on a virtual stick to steer, tap big buttons for dash, special skills and inventory, and tap perk cards when you level up. The goal is to survive increasingly dense waves, collect orbs and coins and stack upgrades that shape your build, like wider cones, bouncing shots or orbiting blades. Smart play means constantly moving in smooth circles instead of standing still, prioritising upgrades that improve survivability early, then pouring damage on once you’re comfortable dodging, and using dash sparingly to escape tight patterns rather than for small repositioning. If your hero stops moving after an advert or app switch, click or tap inside the game canvas so input returns; if hundreds of projectiles and enemies cause stutter on weaker hardware, lower graphics quality, disable screen shake and cut particle density, then close other apps; if the virtual stick feels imprecise, reset browser zoom to 100 percent, go full screen and try fixed joystick mode if available; and if unlocked characters, talent trees or map progress disappear between sessions, confirm that cookies and local storage are enabled so Heroic Barrage can keep your hardest runs.
