Description

Emergency Operator is a scenario driven management game where you take calls as a fictional dispatcher and assign police, fire and medical units on a city map, learning to prioritise emergencies without dealing with real data or real services. On desktop you click incoming call icons, read or listen to short descriptions, choose dialogue responses from menus and then click on the map to send appropriate units, using buttons to pause, fast forward time and review incident logs. On mobile you tap ringing call badges, tap multiple choice responses with your fingertip, pinch to zoom around the map and drag service icons such as ambulances or fire trucks onto incident locations, with large buttons for pause and speed control. The goal is to keep response times low and resolve cases safely while managing limited vehicles and overlapping emergencies. Good dispatch habits include confirming location and type of incident before sending units, holding one backup vehicle in reserve for major calls, rerouting units from low priority tasks when something critical appears and learning which scripted calls can safely wait a few moments. If taps or clicks stop registering after an advert or app switch, click or tap inside the game canvas so input focus returns, if map scrolling and icon animations stutter on weaker devices lower graphics quality, disable extra lighting and close other apps, if small icons are hard to tap reset browser zoom to 100 percent, use full screen and enable any large UI option, and if campaign progress, scenario scores or settings vanish between sessions make sure cookies and local storage are enabled so Emergency Operator can remember your shifts and let you improve over time.
